Cut your own paper with a Cricut or Silhouette
If you have a digital cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette, this can make cutting your own strips a breeze.
See more below about SVG and DXF files if you're not sure which one you need.
Both the SVG and DXF versions contain the following files:
-
Cut files for 8.5x11 inch paper in portrait and landscape orientation
-
Cut files for 12x12 inch paper
-
All files for each size in
-
3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, and 12 mm
-
1/8 in, 1/4 in, and 1/2 in
-

If you are working with a different size paper, simply adjust the lengths of the lines as needed.
Do I need the SVG or DXF version?
SVG files are compatible with:
-
Silhouette Designer & Business Edition
-
Cricut Design Space
-
Make the Cut
-
Sure Cuts a Lot

DXF files are compatible with:
-
Silhouette Basic Edition
-
Silhouette Designer & Business Edition
-
Cricut Design Space

If you are working with software that can import SVGs, that's the better option to go with. If you are working with Silhouette, you must upgrade to at least Designer Edition to be able to import SVGs. If you have the Basic Edition, you will need the DXF version of these files.
How to use these files:
1. Click on the button above for the format you want to download.
2. A .zip fill will immediately download. Open the file on your computer to unzip.
3. Open your design software and import your files.
4. Load your paper into your machine, adjust the cut settings to the paper you're using, and get cutting!
