This item is handmade using the art of paper quilling, which involves curling and shaping long strips of paper into their design. The paper is then glued on-edge to sturdy backing board, creating a unique 3D effect.

The frame has a 1/2" border, so in measuring your space, please account for an additional 1/2" on each side for the frame.
Please note:
Each piece will have its own unique look depending on the size you choose and the length of the name. In the examples, Grace is a 16x20 inch, so the short name and large size allow for more floral elements. All other examples are either 8x10 or 11x14. A long name on a small size will have fewer and smaller elements, while a short name on a larger size will have more floral elements.

The total price includes a shadowbox frame and free shipping within the United States. International shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please choose either a black or white frame at checkout.
Payment plans are available at checkout through PayPal. If you need a further payment plan, I'm happy to work with you. Generally I require 50% of the payment before work begins and the remaining 50% before shipping. Please email hello@thequillingedge.com.
Customization:
Please note the name and the colors you'd like at checkout. The name will have the first letter capitalized and the rest in lower case, unless otherwise noted.
Typically the name is in white, though it can be done in any color. Specify in your notes if you'd like a different color for the name. It helps if you can be as detailed as possible on the colors (do you want earth tones, bright, dark, light, pastels, etc?). If you have specific colors you'd like to match, please email reference images to hello@thequillinedge.com.
You will receive an email with a sample of the colors for your order within 3 business days of your order. You may request up to 2 changes to this color sample and once you've approved it, work will begin on your order.
At this time, orders are unavailable with customized fonts, flowers, or other elements. Your name will have the same elements in the example photos, but customized in the colors and name that you choose.
Processing time:
Each item is handmade to order. For 11x14 and smaller, creation time is 1-2 weeks. For 12x24 and larger, creation time is 2-3 weeks. These processing time estimates are from the time you approve the color palette. Please keep an eye on your email and your timely response will help expedite the processing time for your order.
You will also receive a finished photo of the product before shipping.
Shipping:
Please note that shipping times are different than processing time. All orders are shipped with the fastest shipping time available, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Gifts:
If you would like to ship this item directly to the recipient as a gift, please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Email hello@thequillingedge.com with an optional gift message. Gifts will not have any payment information included on the packing slip.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, a full refund is available before work begins on your artwork. Due to the customized nature of each item, refunds are not available once work has begun.
