About the Event

In this workshop, we'll create this heart magnet together using the art of paper quilling. Paper quilling is the ancient art of rolling and shaping paper strips into different designs. The possibilities are endless!

This workshop is appropriate for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and for about ages 12+ (with adult assistance). I will guide you through the process step by step, and a replay of the event will be sent out afterwards.

Notes on the options for tickets: 

  • Available to US participants only.
  • First time participants, please select the "Tools + Materials + Event" option. You will receive a kit in the mail with everything you need to create this item.
  • If you've attended a workshop before and don't need tools again, simply select the "Materials + Event" option. You will receive the paper, glue, and magnets to make these with the tools you already have.

Notes about the event:

  • The event will take place on Zoom. If you can't make it live, or would like to watch a replay, it will be sent out by email.
  • Registration closes January 1st to ensure you receive your materials in time.

Full material + tool kits include:

  • Quilling needle tool
  • Tweezers
  • Circle sizer/ ruler
  • Plastic sheet for gluing
  • Paper strips
  • Glue
  • wooden hearts with magnet on back (2)

Material kits without the tools include: 

  • Paper strips
  • wooden hearts with magnet on back (2)

Additional tools you'll need at home: 

  • Scissors
  • An additional longer ruler is helpful, but optional
