$100 deposit to secure your order and hold your place in line. (Paid 10/5/23)
50% of remaining balance due before work begins. ($200)
50% of remaining balance due when work is complete. ($200)
 
OR pay the remaining balance in full when your order is ready to be started ($400)

Cancellations & Returns: 
Cancellations: Before work begins, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Once work has begun on an order, no amount is available for refund.
 
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the customized nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, or if there are any other issues with your order, please contact me with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and I will help you find a solution.
